Giveaway Terms and Conditions

 

ELIGIBILITY

If you are under the age of 18 you will have to obtain the approval of your parents or legal guardians to enter to the Giveaways. Chinook Seedery may ask you, at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or proof of such approval, if relevant. Chinook Seedery may exclude any participants who are not able to provide with such proof. Employees of Chinook Seedery are not eligible to participate.

 

DATE OF GIVEAWAYS

The Giveaways shall start and close on the date specified on the Chinook Seedery Instagram posts. Entries after the closing date will not be allowed. All winners for the Chinook & Friends - 31 Days of Giveaways will be announced on September 1st, 2020.

 

HOW TO ENTER

The Giveaways post on Instagram will explain the entry procedure. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Giveaways. By entering a Giveaway, you will not be eligible to receive any prizes awarded in any other Giveaway unless you enter each Giveaway separately.

 

THE WINNER

The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries. The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram via our official Chinook Seedery account within five business days after the closing date of the Giveaway. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours, Chinook Seedery reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Chinook Seedery's decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.

   

PERSONAL DATA

Each winner agrees that, by participating in a Giveaway, Chinook Seedery may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation being required, including posting in a winner’s list, Instagram post and/or Instagram stories.

If you enter the giveaway by providing your email, you agree to receive marketing emails from both Chinook Seedery, and the brand partner for that giveaway. You can unsubscribe from any email list at any time.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering the Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Chinook Seedery, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance of the prize.

 

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Chinook Seedery reserves its right to cancel the Giveaways at any times or change the provisions of the General Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and such change shall have immediately effect upon the publication thereof.
