1. Sponsor

The "Seeds for Soldiers 250" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Helios Brands, INC. d/b/a Chinook Seedery - PO BOX 162901, Austin, TX 78716 ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, or Apple, and any such platform is released from all liability by each entrant.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia [Rhode Island, Alaska, and Hawaii are excluded] who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, spouse) and household members of each are not eligible. Void in Rhode Island [if excluding] and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:30:00 MM Central Time on July 3, 2026 and ends at [11:59:59 PM Central Time on July 31, 2026] (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter. Both methods have equal chances of winning.

(a) Purchase Entry. During the Promotion Period, purchase any qualifying Seeds for Soldiers product from chinookseedery.com. You will receive one (1) entry for each ten U.S. dollars ($10.00) spent on qualifying products, rounded down to the nearest whole entry (pre-tax, pre-shipping, after any discounts). Qualifying products and their approximate entry values include:

• Squad Pack ($18) — approximately 1 entry
• Platoon Case ($38) — approximately 3 entries
• Company Case ($64) — approximately 6 entries

(b) Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) — No Purchase Necessary. Enter for free using either option below:

• Online: Send an email to info@chinookseedery.com with a subject line containing Sweepstakes and a body containing your full name, email address, mailing address, and date of birth. Each submission equals one (1) entry.
• By Mail: Hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, and date of birth on a plain 3" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to: PO BOX 162901, Austin TX 78716 Each separately mailed, hand-printed card equals one (1) entry. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by [July 31, 2026] and received by [August 5, 2026].

5. Entry Limit

Limit [six (6)] entries per person and per email address per day, across all methods of entry combined, regardless of amount spent. Entries received in excess of the daily limit will be void. Use of any automated system, bot, or script to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted.

6. Prizes

Three (3) prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of a YETI Tundra 45 hard cooler loaded with an assortment of Chinook Seedery product.

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per prize: $600
• Total ARV of all prizes: $1,800

No cash equivalent or substitution of prizes except at Sponsor's sole discretion, or as necessary due to availability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty of any kind. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly stated as included.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

Three (3) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about [August 6, 2026]. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor / ViralSweep, an independent administrator. Potential winners will be notified by email and must respond within [three (3) days] of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is found ineligible, or fails to return any required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Potential winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a Publicity Release (where legal), and an IRS Form W-9 before a prize is awarded.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any prize with a value of $600 or more will be reported to the IRS, and the winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099. Winners must provide a completed Form W-9 (including Social Security number or Tax ID) prior to receiving a prize.

10. Charitable Component

For each qualifying Seeds for Soldiers product purchased during the Promotion Period, Sponsor will donate a 9 flavor sampler pack to Airborne Angels / the Seeds for Soldiers program. No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes; the charitable donation is a separate feature of the qualifying purchase.

11. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, and to award the prizes from among eligible entries received prior to such action.

12. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries.

13. Disputes / Governing Law

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

15. Winners List

For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to PO BOX 162901, Austin TX 78716 by August 21, 2026 or visit ChinookSeedery.com after August 6, 2026.
